The Interfaith Study Group is a unifying effort bringing together members from The Islamic Center of Southern California, All Saints Church - Pasadena and The Pasadena Jewish Temple & Center.  The steering committee members plan an 8-part annual speaker series.  The goal of the speaker series is to educate our community by providing attendees with a better understanding and appreciation or our unique faiths, beliefs and sacred traditions.  Each meeting will held at one of the 3 religious institutions. In addition to the speaker, attendees share a delicious pot-luck vegetarian meal together and participate in a moderated conversation with each speaker.
For further information about joining the steering committee, attending an Interfaith Study Group meeting or helping the Interfaith Study Group in any way, please contact Gail Gendler at

The Interfaith Study Group was founded in 2007 as a joint effort by All Saints, the Islamic Center of Southern California, and the Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center to learn and appreciate the commonalities and differences between our religious faiths. ISG meets on the second Sunday of each month between September and June from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Locations rotate between church, mosque and temple. Following presentations by respected speakers and authors, film and book reviews, participants engage in lively discussions while we share a potluck vegetarian dinner. ISG is committed to respectful and balanced engagement and meetings are opened to all.
