By signing this release, I consent and authorize the Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center (PJTC), its officers and employees, to publish, re-publish, adapt, exhibit, reproduce, edit, modify, make derivative works, distribute, display, or otherwise use my image, voice and/or likeness in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the PJTC, in connection with any PJTC product or service in all relevant markets, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, as long as there is no intent to use the image, voice and/or likeness in a disparaging manner. Such media and technology include, but are not limited to:

1. PJTC Social Media Platforms: including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest
2. Email distribution
3. PJTC Website
4. PJTC Fundraising
5. Centennial Programming and Events
6. Centennial History
7. Marketing to outside publications
8. Event displays

This consent and authorization is given in perpetuity, until such time as I revoke such consent and authorization in writing; at which time, there will be no new future use of my image, voice, and/or likeness.
